"Great that this program actually has different visual themes / fun westernized pieces that a western player such as me can enjoy the look of. Many traditional japanese apps i had to honestly uninstall because they only offered boring generic basic Roman letters ``to satisfy western players`` (such as a letter K for king) which made those apps very boring to me. This program shines in that way... But unfortunately this app has no puzzle mode, nor teaching modes, it`s a bit basic otherwise."

Multiple piece styles including traditional Japenese, international and animal icons (a bit like Dobutsu Shogi in the Greenwood).
Completely free: no ads, no in-app purchases, no tracking. Internet access is required for initial game engine data download, and after that no more need for Internet connection.
