"Hello! I bought this game on Steam but have played through the other two entries in the series on mobile. I write my review here for the sake of visibility. For a short, unspoiled critique: This game is worth every dollar spent in its purchase, if not tenfold more, and if that were to be the case, I would still pay the price happily. I mean that with no exaggeration. This is easily one of the most best-value games you can get. I cannot recommend it more highly and could not ask for more."

"Got to say, after waiting for YEARS, this game has fallen flat on its face. For one, a save system is not the holy grail, plenty of others do it. The double meaning choices the author gives you is dumb as is where some choices you can go through the whole dialogue and others you click and it fast-forward the story. Also, not a beg fan of the stat system. You do realize you can do more than just one thing. Workout, be sociable, have a hobby, and work all in one day. It`s called being productive."

"It`s a great installment with a lot of variety to how you want to play. The political paths are very thought provoking and make me question every decision I make. Many choices I make have 2 good reasons why I chose it and 1 great reason why I shouldn`t have chosen it."

"Fantastic sequel to guns. Spoilers However, it seems rather foolish that battalions of foot would suffer so greatly holding the line for an arduous evacuation by long boat to the Northern Fleet, when the Northern Fleet very well could have forced a temporary ceasefire if not route the enemy entirely by firing upon the capital city itself. The chaos and civilian casualties would cripple the royalist capabilities, firing unopposed they could have leveled the city and killed the monarch."

"An epic adventure in a world that is brought to life like no other game of this type. It`s been a few years but I quickly got reaquainted with one of my saved characters from sabres and guns. I have only a few minor complaints. The management of the estate, the progress options felt very slow. Having built my reputation in the previous games, it felt I had little respect for much of the first half of the story. It really was excellent though and i cant wait for the next one. Buy this!"

"Really fantastic game Paul. My issue lay with the fact that I thought clearing my debts was a part of the game`s goals. Once I understood that the debts aren`t necessarily meant to be cleared and all I needed to do was avoid bankruptcy, I think the estate management began to feel easier. My barony was able to make a net positive income. I still won`t clear those debts though. I have a really strong feeling that my characters money will be required to fund his brigade in the next game."

"It`s good, really good, though it`s weird and a bid disappointing that you can`t finished your memoir in the Aetoria path. Because shouldn`t you be able to bring them (the unfinished memoir) with you to Aetoria? And I`m also a bit disappointed that you can`t finished a major project whiles in Aetoria, though at least this on is understandable unlike the memoir one, because you can`t personally supervise them."

"Beautifully written but punishing. I`m a big fan of this series, having played (obsessively) the other games. This is a genuinely enjoyable tale of intrigues with some rich (and unexpected) turns along the way. My only frustration is that it is very easy to decrease a given stat but it appears to be very difficult to increase or even maintain a stat. This can lead to frustration when it seems as if there is no way for you to win with certain choices or imported playthroughs (I tried a few)."

"Despite being a little difficult to get the outcome you feel you deserve, this is by far the greatest war and political RPG to have ever been made. A few odd spots are frustrating when it comes to choices and consequences oft come far later than you`d expect. I played through a single route and expect two or three more major playthroughs I wish romance progressed faster but it is far far more realistic than other similar games It could be improved but still is somehow the best cyoa of this type"
