"Good for picking a route but you can`t store your Go card. In NSW the OPAL Travel app allows you to plan your journey AND use the app to store your card. You can pay for top ups in the app too. If you don`t want to store your card in the app you can tap your card on the phone to see your balance. These would all be good features for My Translink."

App should be able to provide notification about favourite stops where services are cancelled or skipped. Also needs an option to view time table in order (i.e the way it used to be in earlier versions of the app) instead of grouped by route, as it would be more convenient to read when multiple routes are suitable for my journey."

"So many times the ``route planner`` makes inappropriate route suggestions, and leaves out minor details like 4.5km walk to a totally different stop to take the suggested route even after telling the app the exact station you are at and leaving from. If i wanted to walk to the CBD I would not need the app at all. Needs vast improvements to make this useful if you`re a tourist or don`t come from Brisbane and know all the suburbs very very well."

How about showing the actual destination/route name of the bus, and not just the route number? From a train station or shopping centre for example, the same route number can have two totally different destinations yet stop at the same point. E.g inbound and outbound (690 can go either to Redcliffe or Sandgate) or clockwise and counter-clockwise loops..."
