"Why would I use this app when I have google maps ? The previous app was much more efficient to get some accurate information about some lines ( some details that google maps can`t give). Trying to do what google maps does is an insane idea because you just can`t compete with google On any level !! (performance, usability etc). WE CAN SEE HOW GOVERMENT IS WASTING OUR TAX MONEY !!! And we can understand why this country has the highest taxes in the world. This app should be deleted."

"The user interface is a catastrophe, please keep it simple. You are sacrificing the user experience for a fancy-look. It`s very frustrating to read ``simplifying the UX`` in the ``What`s new`` when it`s actually all the contrary! Also I don`t like the app because you mix different types of information in the screens, it`s messy. Also the animations (panel resizing, map moving) are boring."

"my biggest gripe is that the arrets page doesn`t have a pull down to refresh. Time and time again, I`m at station A going to station B to take another bus/tram to station C but once I`m at station B, the tab still gives me stops nearby station A. The only thing I can do is close the app and re-open it to force a reresh of my location. The rest is ok. I just wish we still had the simplicity of the old app. While an official trip planner was long overdue, Citymapper or Moovit (and even Google Maps) were just fine. Hopefully we don`t have to wait much longer for this app to allow NFC checkins by phone once the contactless payments are enabled."

"Usless, no option of buying a ticket without a card, a mobility app should have a very simple option to purchase a ticket online for a day visitor or a tourist. In flanders, you can use sms purchases, text dl to a number to get a bus ticket, you can use the sncb app to buy a train ticket, its simple...
