"Booked cab from Luton airport to London, got my booking confirmed with email and text, few to Luton mid night to find a text saying my booking is cancelled. Called them up and the person I talked to defended the cancellation by telling me that I should have called them to confirm booking. Utter nonsense! There is nowhere in the app or online, or in the text messages saying that I should call. İn addition when you call them, they advertise booking online, rather than calling. Bad bad!"
