"I love the fact that I am able to completely control the volume and settings from my phone without ever having to take the hearing aids out or even touch them. However, the Bluetooth connection constantly disconnects on its own and when I need to make an adjustment I have to reconnect manually. This can be time consuming because it doesn`t always connect quickly. None of my other Bluetooth devices have any issues staying connected. Don`t know if it is the app, or the hearing aids, but it is annoying."

"Wrote this review to say I did get this app to work with my Samsung S7 Edge after taking time off of work and going to my local hearing aid ``professional`` and walking him through the process of upgrading the firmware on my hearing aides. He was more astonished than I was that the app actually started working with my hearing aides after we upgraded the firmware. lol. Anyway, still cannot stream phone calls or music to my hearing aides, which was a big disappointment as I can do so with my iPad (music only obviously.) Beltone seems reluctant to listen to their Android users and train their staff regarding the use of this app. They certainly have quit responding to these reviews. While other brands were not the first to offer Bluetooth compatible apps, they have certainly passed Beltone in the usefulness of Bluetooth technology with their hearing aids and apps. This is my first and last pair of Beltone hearing aids."
