"This was my go-to app before COVID. Just reinstalled it and tried it out... Wow! It became completely useless. Parking lots that I know used to be listed are no longer there, the street level pictures are no longer available, prices for Canada displayed inconsistently (see some in CAD and some in USD... why?) and the overall app aspect and usability are rather poor. Will uninstall. Sad to see things going backwards."

"I missed a very important appt bc of getting mis directed from other pgm garage locations . The first one told me from the first mgm garage on 60 the street make a left n a left then right. No good then oh go down 59 betw Columbus Ave and 11 the ave the garage there has a sign that says 200 west 60 the street , bc I was now late for my appointment .A attendant at 425 w 59 pointed it out that the 200 w 60 the street garage was in fact 513 west 59 the street. by then I was in tears. "In 2016 the app was ``Always helpful.`` Now in 2023 they will not refund my prepaid fee after the garage I chose refused to let me park because I have a rear bike rack. I have parked in NYC for years with the bike rack. It was already a hassle to park that day in the city and now the refund process because their vendor refused me is unrelated to their breach of contact. Terrible customer service. Use any other app if NYC even lets your car in the city anymore."

"Took me to a wrong parking location! I put in my destination address, it showed me a parking 4 blocks away. I pick it and pay in advance, I use the GPS option on the app and end up 9 min DRIVE at the wrong location. I leave to the right location and customer service said too bad, no refund or credit. Going forward I`ll use app to see parking locations but won`t book through the app. Wasted $40 and 20 min driving 🤦♂️"

"I used to like this app much more, but actually being able to book parking has been more difficult and they used to have this overlay were you could see street parking or no standing/parking. I also use spot hero, and sometimes there is overlap with parking and pricing but sometimes there is parking on one and not the other and on the other not the one.
