This is the first time I`ve had to use a nap I was apprehensive only because I did not know if the kiosk was going to be top-notch and Olympia properties was top notch..near All sports stadiums. I negotiated my rates, I didn`t know if it was per hour I researched and found a place to call once I called that number I had very kind and helpful support that was stellar! "The location the app sent me to was unaware of any reservation. I tried to scan the QR code and even spoke some with garage staff and the security guard, but was turnt away. Upon this I notified the company which asked for ticket for proof. You have to submit your ticket to leave the actual garage even if you enter and leave immediately, which i was forced to do. I ended up having to park in various locations due to time limits on parking and most other garages being full near my location."

Even though I entered and exited the ramp within the time frame I paid for, I was charged an additional $7 when leaving the ramp. Another parent also reserved and paid for parking using this app the following day. She was not able to enter the ramp during the time she reserved because it was full. I will not be using this app again."
