Logging your progress alongside an easy to understand weekly planner will keep you motivated and on track. Tick you’re completed sessions as you go and log your personal progress within the app. Logging your daily foods is a great way to see if your eating correctly. Your food tracking will be visible to Ollie to review and adjust accordingly.
