It`s impossible given the size of the picture. You cannot zoom. Birds that appear in your inbox will continue to show up as new birds for many days, no matter how many times you open the item in your inbox."

"Edit: The 11Nov2022 update fixed the firmware update being stuck. Customer service did reach out via email after I had gotten the feeder functioning. It`s a good concept, but the app is tedious to use if you get a bunch of images. Started a firmware update over 72 hours ago. Camera is stuck updating, app is stuck updating and you can`t cancel the update in the app or the camera. I`ve contacted technical support with no answer. The app and camera are useless at this point."

- Introducing the new “Live” feature: Tune into a live video feed from your Bird Buddy, and become the photographer by taking your own snapshots.
