"Like all others I CAN`T access my OWN money! We use these apps for money and some of us rely on these apps as a main source of income and to not have access to our money or reliable customer support! Why can`t DDI/Walmart just partner with someone else, this is trash and eventually Spark Driver will lose it`s company if you keep putting us through this! I`ve been a member since November of 2022 and still haven`t gotten a pay so I stopped using them until I get my money. I`ll use other apps!!"

Branch app functions as its suppose to, that`s why I gave it a two star. Apps company has poor customer service in my experience and handle malfunctions in payroll even worse. So if your job is grooving with Branch download and use for sure, but make a backup fund, just incase."

"BRANCH STEALS MONEY MULTIPLE TIMES FROM ACCOUNTS! They stole $77 out of my account a total of 6 times! Stole my pay from work and when I contacted them about this they ``locked my account`` I jumped through their hoops to have my account ``unlocked`` got an email saying my account was unlocked again only to log in and BOOM it`s still (you guessed it) LOCKED!
