"There is no way to connect to hospital if u have any issue . I have to wait for my lab report and it`s still not delivered. Neither message or thorough any channel . Neither I cannot contact to burjeel Farha to check my report whether it is positive or negative. I did yesterday and till now I don`t know I m influenza positive or negative. Call center is not transferring call to hospitals they say we have restrictions. Also they asked me to email for the report and what I did and no reply at all"

"Useless app,don`t waste time and memory on your device downloading it,no reports available.Maybe management of the hospital will eventually get some common sense, patients are just phone numbers,for example,they can only find my daughter based on my wife phone number while on the app, both my wife and daughter are registered with my phone number,will make more sense to record patients according to EID not only phone numbers.If I would have been able I would have given them negative stars."
