"This service is not good. A bunch of money to have a ``counselor`` ask if you want to kill yourself once a month and a med prescriber. Despite me doing my appointments and being assured my prescriptions were always done right, I`ve had them expire twice unexpectedly now with no way to schedule an emergency reup. Do literally anything else, this is a waste of money."

"This app has caused me more anxiety than my care team has alleviated. The response time is unacceptable for an app focused around mental health. The prescription management has been so poorly managed that i will have to find out what the withdrawals to my new medication are like first hand. 3 days ago i tried reaching out to let my care team know that i was going to be running out of my medication. As soon as i get my prescription filled i will be seeking new care. Worst app ever..."

I went through 3 therapists and only liked the first one. This is so unstable and irregular for people looking for someone to consistently and openly. "Do not use this service. They`ll try and charge you after you cancel your subscription, and will try and strong arm a payment from you. My subscription fee was $30/mo, and I received an email today (4 months after cancelling) that they`re going to try and charge me $142. Stay away from this service."

"Love the service, hate the app. I`ve had wonderful experience with customer service, my care team, and any changes in medications, etc. My issues are with the latest update to the app. It won`t load, or keeps trying to refresh constantly, making it impossible to use. I can`t schedule appointments or contact my care team from the app and am forced to use the website. Tried it on two different devices, same result."

"My husband used Cerebral for bipolar, self harm & alcohol dependency. They had him on Wellbutrin & it helped to the point he thought he could stop taking it. He just tried to start it again & prescriber Sarah Diangelo(?) just told him there`s nothing she can do other than prescribe Naltrexone & when he said he doesn`t like the side effects (which can also include severe depression and mood changes) she told him to just cancel Cerebral because there`s nothing they can do. App is also broken."

"I used to love this app - I`ve used it for about two years. Unfortunately due to some financial hardship my membership lapsed for 2 months. When trying to re activate it I learned that not only had they upped their prices by almost $20, but they had gotten rid of care counseling ENTIRELY. So not only can I not talk to a counselor, I pay more monthly, and only talk to my prescriber once every 3 months for about 10 minutes. It`s unfortunate I will never return..."

My prescriber just randomly stopped using the app without any notice, and my Care Counselor canceled our first meeting as it was supposed to start. No notice or reason was given for either. Some people rely heavily and these services and it`s irresponsible how they handle some of these situations Contacting support over email was useless, but calling was very responsive."
