"Don`t bother-just call your health insurance. I`m a young millennial, so you know I hate calling an actual person, but it`s worth it over trying to use this app. You can try your best to log in, have the security code texted to you, receive the email, everything. It still won`t let you sign in. It is truly easier to just call the number on the back of your card. They should have either made this app better, or paid money to hire more telephone workers."
