"Anthem used to be good. No it totally sucks. They put you on hold they hang up on you they blame everybody else for them not doing stuff for you. They deny your doctors prescriptions. You end up spending hours on the phone with no resolution. And their transportation is back in the ice age. They sub out everything so they deny everything. They get you late to your appointments if they even show up to get to your appointments and when you complain they hang up on you and when you do get a chance"
