"Finally! An app that meets my simple needs! All I personally need is an app for breathing that i can change the pacing on, cheap or free. After about 12 apps, i had yet to find one where i could adjust the speed of the breathing prompts. My lungs are not in awesome shape, so i just cant maintain the ultra slow pace without getting light headed and more anxious because i need oxygen. This one lets me decide how long to breathe in, out, and set the pause! Its exactly what i needed!"

"The simple circle for guided breathing is good and being able to get to that part of the app quickly is important. No one wants a complicated or long setup process when they are on the verge of an anxiety or panic attack. Other apps add extra features that are fine for yoga or w/e but utterly ridiculous when you really need it. Anyway good app, it`s one of the 1st apps I put on all my devices.
