"The simple circle for guided breathing is good and being able to get to that part of the app quickly is important. No one wants a complicated or long setup process when they are on the verge of an anxiety or panic attack. Other apps add extra features that are fine for yoga or w/e but utterly ridiculous when you really need it. Anyway good app, it`s one of the 1st apps I put on all my devices. Ahh, also I like being able to pre set your own color choice. Strongly recommended."
