This means holding my phone and exercising. I`m not sure about that, and I only checked 2 out, but this is my experience 2 weeks in. The mindset about food and eating is good. Like the ``training`` videos. Wish I could find a way to contact someone with specific questions... I`ll keep trying. 🙂"
