I have always logged into the app through Facebook and I receive emails from charity miles. But today when I went to log in I am no longer able to use Facebook and when I try to reset my password with the email address I know they have it says there is no registered user with that email. 😑"

"I loved this app and the way it was able to track my miles and donate to my favorite charities. However, I`ve recently noticed this app has slowly deteriorated and not working properly. It used to be able to properly track my miles on my workouts, but everytime I open up the app on my phone to see my progress, it appears that it hasn`t been ``accurately`` tracking my mileage / distance. I KNOW I`ve ran longer than what the app says and even compare it to my smartwatch. This is sad."
