"Don`t assume every location is capable of mobile ordering. I went ahead and made an order after assuming the location selected automatically by the app was the one I was in front of and now a random location I paid has a free meal to give to a worker. Absolutely no way to cancel an order. This is no good. Every other fast food app has this functionality."

And the outdated 1970 app wouldn`t let me put in my address to even make it think that there might be one closer! A&W, make an L with your right hand and put it to your forehead!"

"It shows the nearest one to me Richmond Kentucky which is about 234 mi from me and there`s one at 2 miles from me and you cannot put in a new address even though it has to form for it I guess I`ll go in on install it I was hoping they would fix it by now but it`s not. I can not got through the drive thru because of my voice so I have to order via app. But if the app dose not work then I just will not go there plain and simple. How many people have done the same."
