"Mobile login hasn`t work for weeks. You can login per iPhone but the check deposit just keeps circling after you take a picture of it. Their check scanner device doesn`t work either. Terrible non-tech bank , they change their portals and login procedure every few months. We have a business to run but it is impossible with those guys not having your back. Stay away."

"Terrible experience. Every three uses, I have to reinstall the app because the camera will not come up to deposit checks. It`s actually easier and more reliable to use the free Citizens App, except that the deposit limit is too low. Please fix. EDIT: Although the camera issue seems resolved, now I can`t even login because the app says I have a secure connection error. So I have to drive to the bank to deposit checks."
