From the moment of opening app till you starting a ride it takes good 15-20 seconds, unlike 3-5 seconds for some competitors."

Really, guys, look at Bolt, they have more scooters and better parking zones. Learn from them"

Am I playing geocaching or trying to get a ride? ``150m`` and a dot on the map does not suffice. Also, why is there a reservation fee? Should be atleast 5-15mins of free reservation like Bolt has. Will only use this service if there is no other option."

"Yes, I know that making sure the parking space is within the allowed area is my responsibility. But deliberately restricting the allowed parking area is the responsibility of the app owner. If I am forced to pay a 7 EUR fine just because the whole Mīlgrāvis, which is far from being the outskirts of Riga and where I always park scooters from competitor apps, doesn`t have a *single* parking spot in the Tuul app, please don`t be surprised if I choose a competitor next time."

- wear a helmet, because it’s smart to protect yourself
- ride only one person per scooter
- start your ride with a smile
ENJOY THE RIDE
- speed up with throttle on the right
- slow down with brake on the left
- enjoy breezing along and pay attention to nature sounds
- stay on bike lanes or sidewalks
- inform fellow road users when you prepare to manoeuvre
- follow the law
