"They are trying to fool you when using the credit you have with them for a canceled flight due to Covid. The flight that I wanted was available on their website and was way less than the credit I have. Because of that, in the first 30 minutes of the conversation, the lady wasn`t able to find the flight in the system. I got mad, asked to talk to a manager, the flight suddenly appeared, but there was no pricing. I was put on hold for 40 minutes, to hear that they can book only a more expensive."
