The live chat is anything but live, doesn`t answer your questions, then sends you to an email that nobody answers. The food is great, but I`m done using them due to the above stated issues."

"First order was great. Meals were delicious and interesting. 2nd order I got a meal that was completely inedible, the chicken was like rubber. I had the same exact meal in the previous order and it had been fine. But this was like chewing rubber. And instead of giving me a refund for the meal, they were like ``take 10% off your next order``. Umm, no, how about you give me my money back? Imagine going into a restaurant, getting inedible food, and they`re like ``enjoy this coupon for 10% next time``"
