"Am requesting that this app allow login from multiple devices within a household family using the same account. All other app, that I use, e.g Tuya, allow for this feature. Currently it expire one device logon when new device is login. This make the app kind of useless for all family members to use this app because only one person can use it without having to create multiple login accounts and more data risks. Cannot see why one would need to create multiple accounts for one home."

"I use the app the app for my garage gate and I drive a bike so the timer is very useful but it doesn`t work because if the phone gets blocked or I leave the app the timer stops working. Another thing is that it says it works with everything but I have lights switches and smart plugs and neither one is compatible with this app so it only works for the gate and I have to put on and off my gloves to open and to close the gate due that the timer doesn`t work if the app is running in the background."
