"I was hesitant about the app (not because i thought it wouldnt be good, it obviously would be because Des, duh) but because I`m so bad with technology. it took a hot second to adjust to using my phone to record workouts instead of a notebook, but I`m loving it. also, the amount of content in the app is unreal. the videos for each workout are SO helpful. the ability to make your own workouts with the exercises catalogued in the app. its fantastic! you can tell Des put her heart into this!"
