"Unbelievably Bad Like all things by Eclinical Works (ECW) I`ve suffered., a total mess. Drug search, pharmacy search, patient search have all worked, rarely, if at all. I dealt with support multiple times to get records to update past 2011. The app would show records past 2011 for 1-2 days, then revert back to showing only records up to 2011. Update (8.20): Still an abominable mess. Interface is awful and user hostile. Does not recognize custom Rx`s (a problem with the desktop version too)."
