He was fired for not checking in on time (10-15 mins late) 3-4 times in the most freezing time last year, even though he was already at work. His managers were incompetent and never updated the system. a few month before he had an very bad accident riding in rain, the head office could not careless they never gave him any warnings and just fired him.
