"Very poor service. Very disappointing and rude manager. Called twice customer service but wasn`t really able to help with the order. Asked for manager number (Manama branch), I asked where is my food since it`s been an hour and 30 mins already but still it didn`t arrive. He gave too many excuses and even dropped the phone on me. They don`t how to handle the situation and customer complaints which is why I will never recommend this to anyone at all because of what they did to me."
