"Had an issue re Wi-Fi not updating every 15 min but that resolved. I came online 1/20/23 & things were fine til a few days ago. Now I have low production warning & should contact maintenance but production on app is fine. I contacted Powur, maintenance company, but getting excuses. Not sure if the app is sending warning in error or if there is a problem. Right now the app & Powur are ticking me off. 🤬"

"I don`t understand why a text message or email can`t be sent to the owner and solar installation company who has the warranty for service when there is a problem with a panel or an array. Your system knows this but it is up to the owner to monitor to do the monitoring. I`ve scheduled an event in my calendar to remind me to check my systems status and it can`t be that difficult of a fix to notify me and other users of your hardware."
