"I wish i have read the review before! Do not use this service (My advise). Do not buy extra service such as ``cancellation protection`` They say it costs around 30USD, then they ask for a fee of 15 euro! Moreover, you can not just cancel if you feel unwell, you need to go to an approved doctor, to pay him for a visit at least 50EURO! So it will cost more to cancel that the actual ticket! Why is this app still on google store?"

"The app so buggy. Firstly I took carry-on baggage but it didn`t apply to my reservation. After contact with consultant after 30 min he said that it`s not possible anymore and i have to contact with air company directly. Secondly what i chat with consultant my keyboard was overlapping with input, it was treble hard to communicate. And finally the flex ticket isn`t fully flex. It`s the last time when i use this app"

"Please do not buy the flexible tickets, they apparently have a different system that they use for availability on rescheduling flights. So they would offer you random times but not the one that you need even though you would be able to get the same flight that you wish by paying throught the same app! if you wish to use your flexible ticket they would say is fully booked!!! So don`t waste your money, the adviser on the phone was very rude and didn`t want to help at all!!"

Even though the airline says free cancellation within booking of 24 hours, yet these guys keep the full amount and don`t return a single penny. Don`t ever use mytrip, rather pay a fee bucks extra and book through the airline directly. Mytrip is Worst company ever. If you have to reschedule, you need to call customer care, can`t check or do anything through their own portal. Such bad service."

I tried the airline app to check-in but it did not work. I had to use mytrip app, it doesn`t tell you until we after selected it will not register until 6 hrs before flight. I always want a paper copy of check in. I just don`t think these people should be allowed to sell air tickets if they cannot do the basics."
