"Many issues with e deposit using antiquated software from Mitek . Been 3 months contacting customer service about e deposit issues. Nobody cares. I would put a zero star if I could. Worst app in banking history. After 20 years of being a loyal customer, they treat you like a stranger and nobody wants to help you with your account at all. Use to be a great bank until this year. Now it`s just absentee bank management that could care less. Very disappointing in the app and the bank. Worst service!"
