"Fingerprint login doesnt work anymore and even using my username and password, I cant login. Keep getting an error saying I need to register, which I already have (I`ve even confirmed my login credentials twice with online support.) Desktop site works fine, hoping yall fix the app soon as its frustrating having to use an actual computer to use my online banking features. Kinda takes away from the convenience of it all..."

If someone answers in a timely manner, 9 times out of 10 it`s either ``I will have to check on that and get back to you`` or half an hour of verification questions, resulting in a quick ``No, we can`t do that``. Now the app is complete garbage, what is the draw to keep doing business here? We have 1 single rep whom ever helps us out & it`s old"

"The new App is actually really great, I have not had to call in for an issue yet. If I had any type of problem with it crashing(which was rare) I would force close the app and delete the cookies and old data being stored in the app. By using this basic troubleshooting knowledge, you can usually get everything working again. Believe it or not but we actually have a responsibility to clean out all the old stuff that gets stored in apps on our phones. Bam! No issues! Coincidence? I think not 😉"
