"The app used to work pretty good once you became familiar with the options available for payment amd available rooms. However, recently the app will not accept you already entered payment method and you can`t reserve rooms. I have uninstalled the app, deleted and reconfirmed payment method, and now, leaving a poor review. The app needs updating as well as better mo it oring of glitches. Unfortunate."

The menu is difficult to navigate, the app architecture isn`t intuitive, and while the functionality offers an experience different than the website, the flow is frustrating. From a UX perspective, change your navigation menu, increase your font size, use a darker background with white font or a light background with dark font for readibility. Make action items clear and replace your social media buttons with icons on a home screen."
