"This app is pretty decent, sometimes it is a little glitchy. The feature that it is missing is the ability to schedule your family members from the app. It is extremely inconvenient that I have to schedule myself on the app and then go onto the website to schedule my husband and kids. Please fix this. Thank you! (Android)"

"So much worse than the old one! Reservations start at midnight and are gone by morning. The ``help line`` for cancelations is never answered, and then they lock you out of classes for not canceling. "Trying to reserve anything for kids is more difficult than it needs to be, you literally have to leave the app and go to a website on your browser that rarely works- over half the time when you try to reserve something for kids, the ``checkout`` page says it`s unavailable. Or it will send you to a completely irrelevant page. Over and over and over until it decides that maybe it`ll book it. Insane. It is extremely frustrating, I can`t even imagine an elderly person trying to use it."
