"I do not recomend this app or service. They keep permissions to silly things like being able to change your own address. This not only causes confusion with clients but hurts ones online footprint. Then its impossible to contact them to get it changed. You work for a quarter of your fee for clients that never intended to come back and pay full price for services. Perhaps its better for higher volume, lower cost products or getting rid of old stock."

"Have been trying to log in to Groupon Merchant Center for 2 days via my Android and it just keeps buffering. This is ridiculous. I personally only use Groupon to build clientele, Groupon gets over on it`s merchants and takes money they shouldn`t take. You can do a service at your regular payout amount before they run a special but they will payout at the special rate."

"I created a new campaign that I can`t access from my computer only my phone (andriod) however my changes to the new campaign keeps getting removed by Groupon even the stock photo I selected . I have more complaints that Ive addressed with no resolve. I totally agree that they take more than 1/2 the profit when Groupon adds their own discount to your discounted rate. Also had to remove my calendar because it wouldn`t give the accessibility to select different staff for services"

Not only do you have to inflate your ``retail`` price to make it seem like it`s it`s ``good deal`` pricing also has to be competitive, or people don`t book. Not to mention gas, time, equipment costs, to demand 40+% off top is ridiculous. Their platform hasn`t been all that spectacular to my revenue stream"
