"Don`t waste your money, especially if you`re viewing from a Canadian connection. It will show you the rate with a huge CA beside it, indicating Canadian currency. They will then charge you the same rate in American, making it more expensive than it would be to book direct through the hotel. Customer service was a joke, as none of them, verbally or over chat, could understand the issue and refused to give higher level support. Expensive lesson to learn"

Edit payments didn`t work, scanning cc didn`t work, saw no difference in price between web and app. I`ve been a hotwire user for years but thought I`d use the app with the first time app user code... But told me I didn`t qualify. So if you don`t like cluttering up your phone with unnecessary apps... Then just use the web version instead."

"My experience sucked I use this app to try and save a few dollars on a hotel room because I`m leaving in my car trying to make it to. My next paycheck had a few dollars spending the night at the hotel. Nothing about it and pause it. Then I get told I have to have a $50 cash deposit. I call hot wire and tell him I want to cancel my room. They won`t let me cancel my room. Oh they`re gonna charge me twenty dollars and give me hot deal books to go towards my next day which I can afford another stay"
