Instead I still have to track my periods in Mia, as they allow me to start and stop my period as needed since for the last several months I go for several days stop for a day then start up for 1-2 more days every month. Also the symptoms tracked in Mia is much more accurate for tracking the non-menipausal symptoms, which I still have many of those symptoms in addition to the perimenipausal ones."
