"I have an Honor 6x phone, same maker as the scale and app designer. I also
have their watch. The app does not engage the Bluetooth on the phone. I can
pair the phone to the scale and the Bluetooth icon on the scale comes on,
same thing with my tablet. But the app doesn`t. I`ve used all the
troubleshooting tips on the developer website nothing. I can`t even use the
scale unless I want to convert everything to another unit of measure. I`m
so disappointed with this."
