"Not been a great experience so far. Can`t help but feel this thermostat is misreading the room temperature due to itself running hot. As in, out in the room, it certainly feels cold, walk up to the thermostat and it`s reading 74. I have the heat come on at 68. Also the lack of control on the thermostat, require wifi? This whole experience feels, not good. The smart lock is fine, but I feel sketch with it too. They also installed the smart lock just right overtop one of my magnets vs moving it?"

"Apt complex forced the change on us. The thermostat is wildly inaccurate. I`m not sure if its own temperature throws it off or what. 1 bedroom apt set to 67, let`s temps drop to 62. Then runs the heat for 45 minutes to 71. Even when it does read 66, it still won`t trigger."

"This was forced upon residents where I live & most didnt want it to begin with. And we are forced to pay $35 a month for an app that constantly has issues. ``Hub is offline`` every other day which makes the app basically useless. Had multiple issues with the door lock as it wouldnt lock at all. Had to wait for a tech to show up just to lock my home! Waste of time & money. Also the customer support has terrible communication issues. With its customers and its own tech staff. Avoid this company!!!"

"My biggest issue is that when I leave and press the lock button, it will lock the door (I manually check it), but the app continues to read that it`s unlocked. I have to stand there for almost 5 minutes before it finally reads locked. I don`t feel safe just leaving even after double-checking the door. I need it to read ``locked``. "These 5 stars clearly have some other equipment installed than those is apartment complexes. I`m on my SECOND thermostat (due to calibration issues) that I had to wait 5.5hrs from my initial call, two left messages and 2 email communications later to finally have it calibrated. I have a baby (not toddler, not child, a baby!) and it`s very clear that a quick buck matters over performance."
