"Activating the card is a headache, and takes around a week. Then if you face a problem good luck finding support. The RAKBANK people on the phone are not even aware of this card. I did a top up that didn`t reflect on the app and I am having hard time getting the support neeeded. Though the card really works and smoothly. I like that there is no fees on top up and payments. Gives me a secure way to do transactions."
