"This is the worst app I`ve ever used. Most functionality is accessed through the home screen, but the menu doesn`t give you the option to go there so you just have to stumble round pages of privacy settings and news updates until you reach the home screen by accident. I have not once managed to use this app for the purpose I needed it for."

"This app is AWFUL. I have just tried to join to use the new leisure centre and it`s IMPOSSIBLE. I can`t log in with my password, it`s asking me to link my membership then refuses to do it; it`s been on the loading screen and goes nowhere. I started with a PAYG account but if I want to upgrade to a paid membership then apparently I can`t just upgrade it online (how then, and what`s the point of an app??) so I`m forced to make another account which then won`t link. Aaaarghh..sort this out, ECC!"
