"Booking system crashes every day, there`s no way to book 10minutes before the session. You can`t use the phone`s NFC to swipe to enter the sports centre. And worst of all is you have to login every time you want to use it! Sometimes you have your session in the basket, are unable to confirm and have to login 5-6 times until it works."

"Was told I`d need this app to get up to date info about opening hours (there`s been a lot of closures due to strikes recently). For some reason this info isn`t on their website. But it`s also not on their app. App suggested gym would be open as usual today, until I found out from their Instagram story, that they`re closed today."
