"The app is fine but the service is pretty much a ripoff. For one thing you forfeit your cleaning fee if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. But there are no consequences at all if Amenify needs to cancel or reschedule or, as has happened many times, the cleaning crew simply fails to show after you`ve been waiting for jt all day. The customer service is almost nonexistent. The phone number has a message saying not to call them, and that pretty much sums up the Amenity way."
