"l got a call from Amazon stating possible fraudcharge to download this app to assist me...l did, the Amazon agent kept asking me to open the app to complete assistance... it wouldn`t open fully, she kept speaking quickly, l asked her to slow down SO MANY TIMES that l was yelling at her...we went back and forth getting frustrated she hung up! Amazon CSR said they NEVER ask ppl to download this app! IT WAS A FRAUD CALL FROM THE GIT GO! No attempt was ever on my Amazon acct! The call was a fraud!"
