"I purchased the Outlook Traveler Special Issue using PayPal option with my debit card. The money went out of my bank account but I am unable to download the magazine. The app has no provision to notify such issues and I had to come back to Play Store to write this, hoping someone will respond. There was nothing else I could do. So beware before you purchase anything through this app. Edit: I find that the download option is now available, about half hour later. So my transaction issue is resolved. Upgraded the rating to 3* from 1*. Can`t give more because of the absence of any ``Contact Us`` or similar option in the app to Lodge complaints"
