"I`m sooo not impressed. The entire process is exhausting! It wouldn`t recognize my phone number or card number. I`m going through chemo, and I wanted to take advantage of the groceries to go (I saw the sign in the parking lot). SOOOOO... guess what?!? The app told me the service is not available in my area. At this point, I`ll drive 20 additional minutes to have a different store do my shopping and load my car vs calling their customer service department and battling them."

I understand it helps you ``find people better`` but how much easier does it need to be when you have designated parking spots for pick up?? When apps start becoming intrusive I stop using them unfortunately. Recommend to remove that as well as add the ability to disable item substitutions for the account or by order."
