"Good and convient to have, use for communicating w any state personal affairs that u might need to access. Just make sure that all your name, address, phone number, medical insurance, and social security number entered are correct. Unfortunately I have had sooo much trouble trying to contact the website helpdesk to get this site to accept my social security number! Everything must match up w the data you input. I have called the number 15 x to tell them i want to use my ss # and no one else."

As soon as I started to type out the number, a red exclamation mark appears with ``please enter a valid number`` message and wouldn`t accept any numerical entries. So, I called the 800 number instead and it took all of 5 minutes. Not sure if I did something wrong but I wouldn`t recommend this app based on my experience."
