"I was harsh in the email I sent to customer service but they never answer anyway. But after the update the app is working pretty good. The lag is gone in HD mode & I can view in playback instantly. So far so good. 2 things I wish they`d fix, 1 make it so you can view on a laptop or tablet 2 make the motion detection work. Have never had either work. ✌"

"Camera is great, app needs some work. When you turn you phone to landscape mode the app rarely turns with the phone. Portrait mode the video screen is way too small and the notification section takes up way too much of that screen view. 2 way video call on doorbell ring works decent at best. But overall this is on the right track a little bit more development and it will compete with ring, best part great function without a monthly subscription."
