After numerous tests,they finally said your hardware malfunctioned, so you`ll need to buy a new one. They advised I can buy the new pro model at a discount plus paying for annual plan? hard pass"

"After 6 months of ownership it`s a given half the time I open the app it won`t work. Can`t connect to the camera, get the spinning circle, or won`t be able to change the camera from on/off. The solution, just sit/wait until it ``decides`` to work again. Don`t waste time with the troubleshooting, restarting your modem/phone/router or reconnecting Nanit to WiFi... App has updated, maybe twice since my review, still terrible. Giving real motion alerts but can`t get audio or video feed... Useless!!!"

But thats not the worst, you know whats the worst? When your baby sleeps at night in its own room and you are depending on this monitor to let you know when baby cries because you cant hear it while in your bedroom. And the app loosing connection ALL THE TIME no visual, no sound, the noise turns on and off, which effects in waking up the bb"

"LOVE the app when it works. It has great features and it gives me so much reassurance that my baby is safe. But the last 2 or so months it is constantly disconnecting from the WiFi. It is always telling us to troubleshoot and no matter what we do it still won`t work. I`ve unplugged the unit from the wall, I`ve removed the camera head from the base, I`ve turned my router off and on, none of which has worked. It`s SO FRUSTRATING especially since it costs us yearly to use"
