It accesses the phone`s dictionary and SAVES YOUR PASSWORD AS A WORD IN THE DICTIONARY!! You then have to delete your entire custom dictionary in order to clear your password out of the unsecure dictionary of your phone!"

"The live chat feature is horrible. It keeps resetting every time you try to do something else or try to upload a picture for the vet. You even have to leave the chat and come back for it to restore the chat. It takes about a minute each time it fails. When you try to update your pet`s date of birth, it resets it to the day the policy was purchased."

When setting up the profiles for my CATS the app only gives me DOG breeds to select from. The animal type for all of them clearly says mixed cat. 🤷♂️ Maybe hire better app developers? You are one of the largest insurance companies raking in the big bucks after all."
